When we reply
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. We aim to answer WhatsApp messages the same day, and email within 2 business days.

Booking an appointment
Message us on WhatsApp. Sehatsandhi is completely free for patients — we never ask a patient for payment.
A medicine order or ambulance request
Something wrong with a pharmacy or an ambulance you were connected to — no reply, a different price, or a problem with the service? Use the form below with your order or request number (it starts MO- or AM-), or call us. We take it up with them. In an emergency, call 108.
Listing your clinic or business
Message us on WhatsApp and we can register you over a call in Hindi, or register yourself from the business page. Pharmacies and ambulance services register the same way.
Billing, refunds and cancellations
Email us with your registered phone number and we will pick it up from there. The terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Correcting or removing your listing
Message us from the number your listing is registered to, and tell us what needs to change.
